Job Summary

The Jr. Marketing Associate/Executive will provide comprehensive support to the marketing team across various projects and initiatives. You'll assist with developing marketing strategies, creating content, managing social media channels, and analyzing marketing data. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of marketing and learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print etc.)
• Create engaging content (social media posts, blog articles, website copy etc.)
• Manage and maintain social media channels, including creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support with creating presentations and other marketing materials.
• Stay updated on current marketing trends and best practices.
• Assist with other marketing activities as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (freshers can apply).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative and resourceful with a passion for marketing.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends (a plus).

Experience:

This role is ideal for both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of marketing experience. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
