Responsibilities:
- Debt Recovery: As a Collection Agent, your primary responsibility will be to contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms. You'll work closely with debtors to create manageable repayment plans while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including payment arrangements and follow-up actions. Prepare and submit timely reports on the status of outstanding accounts, contributing to the overall financial health of Air India.
