Customer Assistance: As a Customer Care Agent, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support to passengers. You will assist customers with booking reservations, changing itineraries, handling baggage concerns, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  2. Communication Skills: Effective communication is key in this role. You will be responsible for interacting with passengers both in person and over the phone, so strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will also assist passengers in navigating our online platforms and mobile apps.
