We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Help Desk Representative to join our team. As a Help Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalate complex issues to the appropriate team, and provide documentation and support for our knowledge base.
