We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Collection Agent to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers with past-due accounts and working with them to resolve their payments. You will need to be able to build relationships with customers, understand their financial situation, and work with them to develop a payment plan that works for both of you.
