Responsibilities:

• Strategic Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategies to drive brand loyalty and increase customer retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to align customer marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize customer insights and market trends to identify opportunities for innovative campaigns and promotions.
• Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute customer-focused marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
  • Ensure seamless execution of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and external partners, from ideation to post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and iterate strategies to optimize results.
