We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Amul products and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to the customer's satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager for further resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service
