  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer queries and concerns, striving for first-contact resolution and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Problem Resolution:
  • Investigate and analyze customer issues, providing effective and timely solutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the product and operations teams to implement long-term solutions, contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience.
