2. Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, making sure customers receive their orders in perfect condition.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Amul's product offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Contribute to improving the customer experience by sharing customer feedback and product insights with the marketing and product development teams.
