Responsibilities:

• Proactive Debt Recovery:
  • Initiate contact with customers in a timely and professional manner to discuss overdue payments.
  • Employ effective negotiation techniques to establish repayment plans and arrangements that align with both company policies and the customer's financial capabilities.
  • Utilize empathy and active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions, fostering positive relationships.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payment agreements, and any other relevant information in the designated systems.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on collection activities, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and contribute to a holistic approach to risk management and customer relationship management.
