  • Order Management:
    • Oversee order processing and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, working closely with the logistics and warehouse teams.
    • Monitor and track customer orders, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to prevent delays or discrepancies.
  • Feedback Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, common concerns, and areas for improvement.
