  • Order Management:
    • Manage and monitor customer orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring on-time fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to address order-related issues and provide real-time updates to customers.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize order processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the customer care function.
  • Communication and Feedback Handling:
    • Communicate product information, promotions, and policies clearly to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.
