Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement and Support:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns, striving for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, contributing to a positive customer experience throughout their journey with Big Basket.
- Order Management:
- Manage and monitor customer orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to address order-related issues and provide real-time updates to customers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize order processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the customer care function.
- Communication and Feedback Handling:
- Communicate product information, promotions, and policies clearly to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.
