- Customer Engagement:

- Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, providing accurate information about products, promotions, and services, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution:
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and escalating issues as needed.
- Identify and analyze recurring customer issues, providing insights to the management team to continuously improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct post-resolution follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed to their satisfaction.
