      • Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
    • System Maintenance and Monitoring:
      • Conduct routine maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
      • Monitor help desk ticketing system and respond to inquiries promptly, striving to exceed service level expectations.
      • Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of long-term solutions.
    • User Training and Documentation:
      • Develop and update user guides and documentation to empower clients with self-help resources and promote efficient issue resolution.
