- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or in person.
- Effectively and patiently troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding clients through step-by-step solutions with clarity and professionalism.
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- System Maintenance and Monitoring:
- Conduct routine maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor help desk ticketing system and respond to inquiries promptly, striving to exceed service level expectations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of long-term solutions.
- User Training and Documentation:
- Develop and update user guides and documentation to empower clients with self-help resources and promote efficient issue resolution.
