Responsibilities:

  • Achieve secondary sales targets by setting and tracking goals for Area Wise (AW) and Area Wise Sales Manager (AWSM)
  • Communicate sales objectives to AW and track their progress
  • Manage and motivate AW and AWSM to meet business objectives
  • Ensure adequate infrastructure and systems are in place to support sales
  • Act as a commercial interface between AW and Britannia Industries Limited (BIL)
