- Client and Employee Assistance: Provide a warm welcome to clients and employees, assisting with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and helping with travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, sorting and delivering mail, and maintaining an organized workspace. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and offerings to provide relevant information to clients and employees.
- Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the office area, including coordination with janitorial services. Ensure that the reception area and common spaces are always presentable.
