Position: Customer Support Analyst (Remote)

Job Summary

As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first line of defense in resolving client inquiries and issues related to a variety of banking products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Researching and resolving client issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Providing clear and concise explanations of banking products and services.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client interactions.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and concerns.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Citi's products and services.
  • Effectively research and resolve client inquiries and issues independently.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients both verbally and in writing.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients by providing exceptional service.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Experience
