About the Job:

In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for our employees' tech problems. You'll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help everyone stay productive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and chats from employees with tech problems.
• Troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
• Escalate complex problems to the IT team when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of common software programs (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and helpful attitude!
