1. 1. Customer Engagement and Assistance:

      • Maintain a deep understanding of Colgate's product line to effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
   2. Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:
      • Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed attractively to maximize customer interest and sales.
      • Implement merchandising guidelines provided by Colgate, including seasonal displays and promotions, to drive product visibility and awareness.
      • Regularly monitor and replenish stock to prevent shortages, collaborating with the inventory team to optimize product availability.
