Responsibilities:

1. 1. Debt Recovery: Proactively engage with customers to recover outstanding debts through effective communication and negotiation. Utilize a diplomatic and customer-centric approach to find mutually agreeable solutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
   2. Account Reconciliation: Perform thorough account reviews and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
   3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and offering assistance in resolving financial concerns. Serve as a liaison between the finance department and customers to foster open communication and trust.
