Job Summary:
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various Dabur brands.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Support with event planning and execution, including trade shows and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain marketing calendars for assigned brands.
- Assist with content creation for various marketing channels (digital, social media, print).
- Manage and update brand assets (logos, style guides, etc.).
- Schedule and manage social media content calendars.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.
- Conduct basic SEO/SEM research and analysis.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with various departments (sales, design, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (fresher candidates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
