Job Summary:

Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various Dabur brands.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
Support with event planning and execution, including trade shows and product launches.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain marketing calendars for assigned brands.
Assist with content creation for various marketing channels (digital, social media, print).
Manage and update brand assets (logos, style guides, etc.).
Schedule and manage social media content calendars.
Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.
Conduct basic SEO/SEM research and analysis.
Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with various departments (sales, design, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (fresher candidates are welcome to apply).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
Working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
