• Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage visitor access.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as needed.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
