We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Staff to join our team. The Front Office Staff will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting our office, and will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guests services.

  1. Reception Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  2. Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
