1. Customer Query Resolution:

   • Effectively navigate multiple systems and platforms to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
2. Order Management:
   • Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
   • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to track and update customers on the status of their orders.
   • Proactively identify and address any potential issues related to order processing and delivery.
3. Product Knowledge and Training:
