1. Respond to customer queries and complaints and provide information, assistance, and resolutions
   - Process customer orders and returns and update the status on the system
   - Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
   - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are happy
   - Collect and report customer feedback and suggestions to improve the service quality and standards
