Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this remote position, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within your assigned region. You'll build strong relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate and close deals for Google's cutting-edge products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for your assigned region, aligned with Google's overall sales objectives.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads, identify customer needs, and develop customized solutions that address their challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Google's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Google's products and services to provide exceptional client support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
