Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Issue Resolution:

   • Proactively identify patterns in user feedback to contribute to product improvements and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
2. Product Knowledge and Education:
   • Stay updated on Google's products and services, maintaining in-depth knowledge to guide users through troubleshooting and feature exploration.
   • Educate users on best practices, features, and functionalities, empowering them to make the most of Google's offerings.
   • Create user-friendly documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service and enhance user understanding.
3. Customer Advocacy and Feedback Management:
   • Act as a voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to relevant teams for continuous product enhancement.
   • Champion customer advocacy initiatives, ensuring that user perspectives are considered in decision-making processes.
   • Encourage and collect customer feedback, working towards maintaining high levels of user satisfaction and loyalty.
