Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Product Knowledge: Stay current with system information, changes, and updates. Understand and communicate information about Google’s products and services.
Team Collaboration: Work with the customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and participate in team efforts to achieve customer service targets.
