About the Role:

The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in supporting HAL Company's marketing efforts through data analysis and strategic thinking. You'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (website, social media, email, etc.) using web analytics tools.
• Create insightful reports and presentations to communicate marketing data and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research activities to gather customer data.
• Clean and organize marketing data from various sources.
• Apply statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing campaign performance and ROI.
• Recommend and implement marketing automation solutions to streamline processes.
• Stay informed of competitor marketing activities and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field (for experienced candidates).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for marketing and a desire to learn new things.

Experience:

We welcome applications from both recent graduates (freshers) and experienced marketing analysts. For freshers, a strong academic background in marketing or data analysis, along with relevant coursework and projects, will be highly considered. Experienced candidates should have a proven track record of success in marketing analytics, with a demonstrable ability to deliver results.
