Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be the bridge between HCL Technologies and our valued clients. You'll provide exceptional technical support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through product functionalities. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about building strong relationships and have a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot client issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Provide clear and concise product explanations and usage guidance.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate case logs.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team for resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge through ongoing training and self-learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge in a relevant field (experience with specific products or technologies may be preferred depending on the team).
