Job Summary:

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives across various digital platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and brand marketing to ensure consistent messaging and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
• Create compelling marketing content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.).
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite tools.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.

Experience:

This role is open to both freshers with a strong academic background in marketing and digital marketing, and experienced professionals with a proven track record of success in digital marketing campaigns.
