Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets for our diverse range of petroleum products. This includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve assigned sales quotas for IndianOil's products and services.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and relationship management strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Collect payments and ensure timely realization of sales targets.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote IndianOil's products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the B2B or B2C space (for experienced candidates).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a target-oriented approach and a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
  • A valid Indian driving license. (Preferred)

Experience:

  • This position is open to both fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for sales, as well as experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of success.
