- Operational Efficiency:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth flight operations, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
- Collaborate with ground staff and cabin crew to address customer needs and facilitate a seamless travel experience.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints and conflicts with professionalism and empathy, aiming for swift and fair resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels while maintaining composure and a customer-centric approach.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and work towards implementing preventive measures.
