We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Help Desk team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to our customers, resolving their issues quickly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for gathering information, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.
