The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing first-level technical support to our clients. This includes answering phone calls, emails, and chat messages, as well as providing remote troubleshooting assistance. The Help Desk Analyst will also be responsible for tracking and routing incidents, escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support, and updating customer data.
