Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
   • Provide expert desktop support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktop hardware, operating systems, and applications.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop solutions and contribute to the resolution of escalated technical issues.
2. User Training and Documentation:
   • Conduct user training sessions to enhance end-user proficiency with desktop systems and applications.
   • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for desktop support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
   • Foster a user-centric approach by actively engaging with end-users to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in desktop services.
