  3. Providing accurate information and support: Possess a deep understanding of Jio's products, services, and policies, and provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding plans, promotions, troubleshooting steps, and account management.
  4. Upselling and cross-selling: Leverage your knowledge of Jio's offerings to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
