• Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer advocacy by identifying recurring issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures.
