    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
  • User Communication:
    • Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical users, fostering a positive customer experience.
    • Create and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles to empower users with self-help resources and reduce recurring issues.
    • Proactively update users on the status of their reported issues, ensuring transparency and building trust in the support process.
