As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about our products and services, troubleshooting problems, and providing resolutions in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers and using it to improve our products and services.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Troubleshoot customer problems and provide resolutions in a timely and efficient manner
• Gather feedback from customers and use it to improve our products and services
• Maintain and update knowledge base of product and service information
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
• Provide training and support to other Help Desk Specialists
