Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Jio's products and services. Build rapport and maintain a positive, professional attitude to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and analyze customer concerns, troubleshoot technical problems, and take ownership of issues from start to resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and effective solutions, and follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Jio's product offerings, service plans, and promotional activities. Provide clear and concise information to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their Jio subscriptions and services.
