The Position

Meesho is seeking a talented and results-oriented Marketing Technologist to join our growing team. This is a remote-first position, so you can work from anywhere in India and contribute to our mission of empowering Indian entrepreneurs.

Job Summary

As a Marketing Technologist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Identifying, evaluating, and implementing marketing automation tools and technologies
• Building and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels
• Analyzing marketing data and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Creating and maintaining marketing workflows and processes
• Integrating marketing technology with other company systems
• Staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for leveraging marketing technology.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend marketing automation platforms and other relevant technologies.
• Develop and implement marketing automation campaigns using best practices.
• Segment audiences, personalize content, and automate marketing workflows.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track marketing ROI and inform decision-making.
• Manage and maintain marketing technology stack, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Stay abreast of the latest marketing technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration between marketing technology and other company systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing technology (freshers with strong marketing and analytical skills will also be considered)
• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for marketing and technology
