  • Actively listen to customer and seller concerns, understand their needs, and identify the root cause of any issues.
  • Resolve customer and seller inquiries promptly and efficiently, following established procedures and Meesho's policies.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations, offering solutions and guidance to ensure customer and seller satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and seller interactions, ensuring clear documentation for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date on Meesho's features, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for Meesho's customers and sellers.
