  • Onboard and educate new sellers: You'll be the welcoming face for our new sellers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they understand Meesho's tools, features, and policies.
  • Proactive customer support: You'll be the go-to person for our sellers, addressing their questions, concerns, and troubleshooting any issues they encounter while using the platform.
  • Building seller satisfaction: You'll build strong relationships with sellers, actively listen to their feedback, and identify opportunities to improve their overall experience on Meesho.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or Communication)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
