- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success on the Meesho platform.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding the unique requirements of each customer.
- Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness and empathy.
