- Provide personalized assistance to customers in navigating the Meesho platform, understanding its features, and optimizing their user experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Problem Resolution and Escalation Handling:
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems, demonstrating a deep understanding of Meesho's products and services.
- Effectively escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear communication with the customer throughout the resolution process.
