    • Act as a brand ambassador by providing accurate information about our products and services, guiding customers through the ordering process, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Investigate and analyze customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
    • Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
