Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge and Communication:
- Stay updated on Meesho's product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Clearly and concisely communicate product features, benefits, and troubleshooting steps to assist customers in utilizing our platform effectively.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify trends, and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.
