  • Customer Assistance and Query Resolution:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, demonstrating empathy and a customer-first approach.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and other queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
  • Order Management and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, tracking, and delivery, resolving any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
    • Proactively communicate with customers about their orders, keeping them informed about order status, delays, and any other relevant information.
  • Continuous Improvement and Feedback:
    • Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries, providing insights to the team to improve overall customer experience.
